right click on the picture and click "Copy Image Location" (in FF, if you're using a different browser it may be worded slightly different, and you can also use View Image and then copy the link) Either way, just insert it as an image into your signature after that. Make sure there are brackets on both sides of the tags.

Edit: Mine reset
Edit 2: If you want it to stay, save it to your cpu then upload it to a photo site (i.e. photobucket is what i use)
