my new idea

if we want new members we need to focas on a game we need a new conduit banner or fps game this is a fps clan now i see that i mean no members will come just to talk we need to focas on a game so we can know what member to aim for

why does it have to be a fps.i think we have too much music and fps based games. sencond wouldnt it be kool if the theme changed every month to a new game......third we need a better advertisement plan

Also guys, this game isn't Cod, it's just plain Modern Warfare 2, Treyarch is probably taking over COD, and Infinity Ward has Modern Warfare series.

I don't know if my opinion would be welcome here however i would like to impart my wisdom on you guys, since you all want to make an effort to make this place greater i'd be glad to help in any way i can.
In terms of SHS updating, we have 3 major games, which are games we hold tournaments and wars in, and generally support more than other games, and when one game gets stale or unplayed, we replace it with a new, popular, or up and coming game. That allows us to constantly shift our audience to keep members up, while not alienating existing members as any change would be small in the grand scheme of things.

Also I think if you want to boost members then delegate the responsibilities out, everyone wants to make the clan great, thats why they're a member, so they should all pull there own weight. At SHS we have a squad system, the not only competes in tournaments against each other, but as a rule has to have some gamebattles teams competing as well, each team has there own logo, incorporating the SHS logo with a link to our site, as a way of turning advertising into a competition, with perks for the highest ranking team, and the highest ranking squad... and because all the team logos look alike, it makes people more likely to become curious and check them out.

I also have other people in charge of the podcast, chatbox mods, forum mods, someone in charge of tournaments, i set everyone a clan wide goal of new membership that i expect the clan to work together to reach, and of course i write and draw the webcomic.

In terms of a banner and general site looks I'd be glad to help you out with that if you so wish. Once I get back home to my home computer shoot me some messages of what you'd want it to look like and i'd get crakcing.

Well we had that problem too, there wasn't enough people to start a good sized tournament, and it was the same people turning up, so i unleashed them onto the gamebattles ladders, which gets our name around, keeps em active and keeps em trained.

Lycan ummm we dont want new members... our clan is great becase we are a good sized family, i like the members we have know and the only people i would ever want to come here are our members that went away. (brady, goku, ect)

mmmmk I don't think your PS skills suit the sites needs, we kind of have given up gaming, we like the way the site is, we don't need new members IMO, who the **** cares

I guess having a few new people would be ok, but we are most stable right now as we are, and it may be difficult
