    OK i heard signal come up with the idea

    we will vote on the best skin when everyone who wants to enter is done

    a skin MUST have
    -banner
    -backround(can be a repeating thing like a small all black square would repeat to make teh whole backround black
    -buttons(the ones acrose the top that never got changed this time
    i will change defult font colors to match

    a skin can have
    -the topic bottons and stuff
    -the post,new topic, ect buttons
