u mustn't follow the NCAA tourney but anyway......seeds are a rank of a team/user/person based off of something. The bracket is created so that the Highest Seed(SSBBL participants) plays the Lowest Seed (Winner of the Prelim tourney) Speaking of the prelim tourney.....we will be having it starting Tonight.
