My Review:

Graphics: 9.5 -- Unique art style looks great and the characters are, for the most part, unique in design. Active Day/Night cycle adds to the graphics as well.

Presentation: 10 -- Online is lag free. Music is memorable and tone setting and the sound effects are great. RPG elements are well thought out and interesting.

Gameplay: 9.7 -- Everything is fun. Driving, looting, and shooting all work well. More things to spend money on would be nice, as almost all the things you can buy you find in loot. Load times can slow down the game.

Replayability: 9.8 -- Still playing it 8 months after I got it. My favorite game of 2009.
