while your remarks are true about alcohol and cigarettes, if this title was titled drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes i would say they are all bad and deserve to be illegal, which they tried once with alcohol but it was already so widely used, people would still use it

Marijuana is actually Legal for medicinal purposes in California. They even have vending machines for it in some hospitals.
