i just got the user booklet and i'm posting things about characters, these are on a scale of 1-10

to me sonic is overrated

why do u hate on sonic stop it theres a lot of sonic lovers on here and u will be picked on

i like sonic overall but i dont like his moves

I think characters are preference. I don't think you can rank them, b/c there will never be two people on the same level of skills to test those ranks. If that makes sense.
