fraps problem

i just downloaded fraps, so i could show you guys my mad combat amrs and frets on fire skills, but when i open it, it says cancel or allow program, i say allow, and it doesnt start, cpu doesnt freeze or nothin, it just doesnt open up, it only started when i installed it and it said F9 to record and it dont work, and i made sure it wasnt blocked by firewall, THEN i tried to delete it and redownload it, but it wont let me delete one of the files, it says i dont have proper permission
ANY IDEAS FOR ME TO USE FRAPS

i have fraps!i se it to record my games
well first you have to wait awhile when your playing just keep waitin til u c a bar showing numbers
also if it still doesnt show press F8 or change the configurations

p.s. i got this fraps DOWNLOAD that is already registered and i get to record the whole thing without recording for only 30 sec

i got it, it finally let me delete it, then i redownloaded it and it worked fine
