they're press averages, meaning they're averaged from ALL sites around the internet, not just IGN.

Im pretty sure IGN gave CS a lower score then CoD4, don't feel like looking it up now, but you can if you want.

CSS was AWSOME before CoD4 CoD4 took over. if u say it doesnt have any mods buy the PC CoD4
