New website rules, all wfb read and state opinions

Ok this whole members leaving the site has gone far enough. I would like to enforce a new rule, with wfb's opinion and chaos and links permission.

Its called the complaint rule. Instead of getting into an argument with someone, get what they are doing with proof, and report it to an administrator, and only an administrator. Not a moderator and not an originator. Pm any admin with the above information and tell them whats going on. If the administrators feel it is a valid complaint, and no lies were given, that user shall recieve a pm indicating that he has detained one "complaint". Another complaint would result in ban from chatbox and forum. If it was an invalid complaint the complaint shall be read, left alone, and a pm sent back to the person saying that the complaint didnt go through.

Hey Chaos it is me TPA, i am filing a complaint against smashero24. He has done some irrashinal things on the "off topic" category and in the "boogers" thread. He offended me saying my boogers were different then him. Link3618 is my witness and so is the topic "boogers" page 4. Please read the confict between me and smashero to get a better understanding.

make a thread which only admins can view. Put members with complaints in it so you wont lose count.

For chatbox, take a scrrenshot.
On the forum, get the page number, the topic, and what thread.
Get some witnesses.

so we will settle them not punish punishments make u more angry

aww its all my falut im really the only one getting into arguments its just that every time i try to do somthing good it turns into an argument

Those rules are actually perfect, they should be applied here
