There are more ppl who have xbox live then PSN and xbox has halo and other than that most of the good games are made for both.

also imo these consoles are almost equal in value but the PS3 is more expensive (due to the mostly useless implementation of an expensive blu-ray drive) therefor it loses.

Fixed with a few and no Slayer, I beg to differ on the exclusives.
