I was making my new account, and when i put in my gamertag, it started to make it, then WHAM
error code 80154013
WTF???
nothin on xbox live support, google aint helpin either

You have to update the system first, what you have to do is run a game made past 2007, then try that again, its a system update problem, easy to fix, happened to me with a hard drive problem

Edit: Is this a new 360, if not, nvm, if so, do what I said, AND DONT MAKE A GAMERTAG FROM THE INTERNET, DO IT FROM YOUR CONSOLE

i did update, ok, will halo 3 count?
it was bought mid december, yes i made from console

2 reasons
1st - We cant afford to buy xbox live till next month, so i need the 1 month free
2nd - I forgot my login email for it, and it needs to be recovered

Make sure you didn't use the same e-mail address.

Edit: i see that you forgot the one you used for the old one so trying a different e-mail might be a good idea
