Voice chat, i shall aide!

Ok i dont do much for wi-fi batllefield, so i decided to do this at least. I am going to help U guys set up a voice connection for brawl. Now this is the introudction with the requirments...also i want to know how many people actually know how to do this or want me to help!

So just type yes or no, if u know how to set up voice chat put yes, and if you dont say no

If i get alot of people with "no" i will post instructions on how to get voice chat for brawl!

Windows xp, 2000, or vista.
Must have a built-in microphone/un-built in or if you want, webcam
Speakers
Direct X 9.0 (id u dont have, pm me)

Ok so go to www.skype.com, download it and install. Once complete create an account. Agree yada yada yada. Ok so now you got skype! btw im making another post including skype usernames

So we need to kow configure our connecion settings.

As soon as you download skype you will have the "test call function" it is important right now that microphones are connected. Now double click the "skype connection test: in the big box. After this click the green phone at the bottom. The test will begin, speak into your microphone. When you are satisfied click the "red hangup" button. Now last steps, go to tools--->options. Go to privacy, the very first three circles click the one that says "allow calls from contacts." That is the only mandator step. All others are up to you



Ok now to add someone, click add a contact. Type their account name or their e-mail adress and click "search". This will give you close results to your friend. Once you have found your friend highlight that person's name and click "add contact" now just get a connection test with ur buddy and ur done!

True i seems like alot of work, but its esy. 1.download, 2.signup, 3. test, 4.add ur friends. Thats about it. My paragraph above was just a detailed procedure

i tried voicechat for my WoW private server...wasnt too hot, kinda sucked really, but this could be cool, that way people can know the matchup lol
