My Combat Arms Stats were reset for no reason

I was a victim of the latest server patch glitch in ca today. Luckily, thousands of other people are having the same problem so i wasn't banned for hacking/glitching (which i don't do...). I'm using a different name now (Chuck348, really random because Chuck Norris was taken so i just deleted the norris and added some random numbers).

I Submitted a ticket and hopefully it will be fixed soon.

The only thing i can really do to prove my innocence is show them my KDR was a mere 1.12. Just put yourself in my position, i don't hack, and i don't understand why they would think i hacked. Not only did they demote me, but they perma-banned me also, for most people they just give them a warning by demoting them.

I have yet to see them prove that i was guilty to begin with, and they refuse to answer my ticket.

As i said in one of my posts on the forum, it looks like the hackers are finally winning because there's more of them then ever and now they're causing the banning of innocent users.

Thats why CS is bette, better graphics, better community, less hackers...

and on halloween i wanted to try those pumpkin heads and the coffin AND the shovel so i bought it
then i SUKD bad bcuz i was usin my brothers cpu

Update: They answered my ticket and told me to send all these system reports (MSinfo, AhnLab Reports [Hack Shield], and DirectX Diagnostics). I sent the e-mail approximately fifteen minutes ago. Hopefully my account gets unbanned and/or reset by the end of the week or at the latest early next week.

I think NA people can only play people from NA, NA people can't play people from Europe due to server lag, etc..
