To solve our CBOX problem

Here is what i propose...im sure you all use tabbed browsing, or can run 2 internet browsers at a time. Well if thats the case, keep one open for the cbox, and one open for the forum...trust me...it helps

i tried that, and it doesnt help for me

we can just wait 15 sec........

what if you are like me, who wants to refresh every minute or so
