Many people were saying they don't like the skin, but aren't really helping by saying what's wrong with it. Here you can tell us what's wrong with the theme and what should be changed (i.e. new color scheme, new background, etc...)

That's not really something I can fix, and it's never happened to me.
If there's nothing that can be done it's fine. It's not hard to just press refresh, just make sure everyone knows that's how it's fixed.
